Brave Steel accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested:

We will normally respond to your request within one month of it being received. However, in some cases, we may need to extend this to three months. We will always write to you within one month of receiving your original request to tell you if this is the case.
A copy of your personal data is usually provided free of charge. However, we can charge a ‘reasonable fee’ where we find that the data requested is excessive or unfounded and if the request is a repetitive one.
DATA RETENTION
